BlackBerry Tour 9630 on Verizon: Release delayed

untitled2

The BlackBerry Tour 9630 was expected to be released on Verizon sometime in July, but Phones Review has learned that the handsets release will now be pushed back to mid-August. This is certainly not great news for all those who have been waiting on the new handset, but we hope that when the new RIM handset is launched, all will be perfect with no bugs.

Phone Arena has reported that all the instructional and promo materials have already turned up at Bell stores. It has also been reported that a proper device has turned up at Telus, meaning that Canada is also ready for the launch of the new Smartphone.

CDMA carriers only real options at the moment is the BlackBerry 8300 and 8830, so as you can imagine the BlackBerry Tour 9630 is a big deal to them. How upset are you that the BlackBerry Tour has been put back yet again?
