The new iPhone 3G S is now live on the O2 website, who is the official network carrier for these Apple smartphones in the UK. We know that the new handset will be released on June 19, but we did not know the price of the handsets and what the tariffs will be.
We can tell you that the iphone 3G S will be available for Pay Monthly, Pay & Go, Business and Corporate users. The pricing for the handset depends on what tariff you wish to sign up to.
Here is a list below of what Pay & Go customers will pay:
iPhone 3G 8GB – £342.50
iPhone 3G S 16GB – £440.40
Phone 3G S 32GB – £538.30
As you would expect things are a bit more completed when we look at the monthly contracts. One thing is certain, the new iPhone 3G S will cost much more than the iPhone 3G did when that was launched a year ago. Let us say that you want to have the new iPhone on an 18 Month contract and wish to be on the £35 per month tariff, then you will pay £184.98 for the 16GB version and £274.23 for the 32GB version.
