MMS iPhone 3.0 News Update

Following on from the news about MMS and the iPhone 3.0 OS problems in which some of our users explained why you couldn’t send MMS on the iPhone with O2 yet.

Some users may be confused when their friends and family who own iPhone’s with OS 3.0 firmware, start sending MMS text’s to you. This is because O2 are rolling out the update and not all iPhone users with O2 have been activated.

O2 are sending text messages to all users who have been trying to text the 1010 number to activate MMS on their iPhone with 3.0 software.

The message basically tells the user that O2 know they are waiting for MMS and they are sorry. It goes on to say, “We are working as fast as we can and you should be set up within a few hours”.
