We knew that some iPhone owners were having problems with their batteries, but we didn’t think it was ‘this’ bad. Recent reports have suggested that iPhone batteries not lasting a day without needing a charge, is due to the new iPhone 3.0 OS software.
Thats according to this ComputerWorld article, who have been speaking to Rapid Repair, a company that specializes in iPhone and iPod repairs as well as custom parts for iPhone DIY fans.
Aaron Vronko, the CEO of Rapid Repair stated: “Users are reporting battery issues that it runs out very quickly. It sounds like a problem with iPhone 3.0 [and having] some of its features turned on.”
