Two new Sony Ericsson handsets are now available from Rogers, the handsets are the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 and the Sony Ericsson C510a, the phones are quite contrasting in terms of style, functionality and most of all price.
The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 is the more expensive of the phones; if you want to buy it outright it will cost you $599.99. For this money you get a full QWERTY keyboard, a 3” VGA touchscreen which supports a resolution of 800×480, it supports a micro SD card of up to 16GB, and has a 3.2MP camera, which although it is a good camera is not as good as some equivalent phones today. The main complaint about this phone so far has been that it is rather heavy. If you want a full run down of what the phone supports check out IntoMobile, or you can check our previous review.
The Sony Ericsson C510a retails at $229.99 to buy outright; this phone is more designed for day to day use however still has a very clear 3.2MP camera and supports a Memory Stick Micro (M2) up to 8GB, the handset is available in two colors, black with a blue trim, or white with a red trim, for more information on this handset check out IntoMobile.
