You may have read our post last week regarding the Palm Pre rumored to be coming to O2, well now Palm have announced that this rumor was true. Following the success of the Palm Pre in the U.S a lot of people are predicting high sales for O2, O2 also hold UK exclusivity for the Apple iPhone 3GS.
O2 will have exclusivity for the UK, Ireland and Germany, and Movistar will have exclusivity for Spain. Although exact release dates have not yet been confirmed they do state that the Palm Pre will be available ‘in time for the holidays’.
A price for the handset has not yet been revealed, as more details emerge we will keep you posted, Check out Engadget for the original article.
